Ansonya Family Care is now accepting new patients clinic appointments from Sayreville, Parlin, Old Bridge, South River, South Amboy, Perth Amboy, East Brunswick, Hazlet, Madison Park and Matawan NJ. Please call us during regular office hours or fill up the online appointment request form to schedule an appointment. Our friendly staff members are available to assist you in making an appointment and answer more inquiries.

It is approximately 0.4 mile from Sayer Woods Shopping Center, Parlin, NJ. There is plenty of free parking available at the premises.

Directions
From the North: Take Garden State Pkwy South to Exit 123 toward Sayreville/Old Bridge and merge onto US-9 S. Continue on US-9 S for 1.2 mile to Ernston Rd exit. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Ernston Rd W and merge onto Ernston Rd/ CR 673. Go 0.4 mile to reach destination on the right.

From the South: Take Garden State Pkwy North to Exit 125 toward Sayreville/S Amboy and make sharp right at NJ-35 S. Follow NJ-35 S for 1.3 mile and take the ramp onto US-9 S. Go 1.6 mile on US-9 S to Ernston Rd exit, follow signs for Ernston Rd W and merge onto Ernston Rd/ CR 673. Travel 0.4 mile to reach destination on the right.

Public Transportation
